Download and complete the form for your Kingz of the Kourtz Tournament Team. Once you have completed the form, save it and email it to kingzandqueenzofthekourtz@gmail.com with your team name in the email’s subject line.
If you register in person, you can download, complete, and print the form to bring to the Ironton City Building on May 6th or May 18th to turn in and pay your fee.
Student-Athlete Participant Waiver
Download and complete the Student-Athlete Participant Waiver if you would like to forfeit your claim to any prize money to ensure that you maintain amateur status and remain eligible for scholarships. Once you have completed the form, save it and email it to kingzandqueenzofthekourtz@gmail.com with your name and “Student-Athlete” in the email’s subject line.
If you register in person, you can download, complete, and print the form to bring to the Ironton City Building on May 6th or May 18th to turn in along with your team registration forms and fee.

Vendor Registration Form
Download and complete the form if you are interested in Vending at the Kingz of the Kourtz Tournament. Once you have completed the form, save it and email it to kingzandqueenzofthekourtz@gmail.com with your Vendor name in the email’s subject line. Once approved to vend, you must arrange to complete the payment with the Tournament organizers.

Tournament Rules
Adult Tournament Rules:
- Games will consist of two (2) fifteen (15) minute halves.
- 1st overtime will be 3 minutes long; each additional overtime will be one minute long.
- Each team will have three (3) time outs per half. Each timeout is 30 seconds. Each team will only have one time out for any and all overtimes.
- 1&1 bonus will occur after six (6) team fouls, two (2) shot bonus will occur after eight (8) team fouls.
- Technical fouls will result in two (2) shots plus possession, as well as the offending player being disqualified for the rest of the half. Technicals will count for a personal foul.
- Possession arrow will determine any tie-ups.
- There is ZERO tolerance for any fighting or vulgar or abusive language. Any technical fouls or expulsions are at the discretion of the referees or tourney official.
- Teams must report at their scheduled game times, any team that is more than five (5) minutes late will forfeit that game. Tournament officials have final discretion on forfeits due to weather or other scheduling issues.
- Each player has five (5) personal fouls before they are disqualified.
- Halftime will be six (6) minutes long.
- Clock will not stop for any reason, except after a foul with under one (1) minute in a half or any overtime period.
- Please refer to the bracket to determine your game times.
